
1.Basic principles
Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is an important online fiber filtering and sensing device, which is usually achieved by periodically modulating the refractive index of the fiber core using ultraviolet laser and phase mask plate. It has reflection filtering function for specific wavelengths of light and can be widely used in fields such as optical communication and optical sensing.

2.Production process
High temperature resistant fiber Bragg grating is prepared online based on the integration of wire drawing tower, using high-temperature resistant acrylic ester or polyimide coating. During the fiber drawing process and before fiber coating, online grating engraving is carried out, which integrates fiber drawing, grating engraving, and coating into an integrated process, ensuring the mechanical properties of the fiber and greatly simplifying the process complexity of subsequent packaging.

Capable of working in high temperature environments, small size, light weight, long lifespan, high mechanical strength, no fusion bonding between sensing points, customized grating wavelength, customized grating coating material, high consistency, no fusion bonding between sensing points, strong reusability, anti electromagnetic interference, anti chemical corrosion, long-distance transmission of sensing signals, and support for mass production. The number of weak fiber Bragg gratings can reach tens of thousands of points, and the physical distance between gratings can range from a few millimeters to several meters to tens of meters. All parameters can be customized according to the actual engineering situation.
